  • Brian O'Sullivan

    President

    Brian started Frontier in 1999 with the goal of becoming a trusted partner for real estate professionals throughout New York. He credits Frontier’s success on working with a team of people that are extremely knowledgeable and just as committed as he is to integrity and exceptional personal service.

    He is proud of the people-first culture at Frontier that has led employees to vote Frontier a Top Workplace for over ten years.

    After graduating from SUNY Geneseo, Brian worked for the Monroe County Clerk before starting a small, independent searcher business that he ran for about five years. Brian lives in the Rochester area with his wife and four kids.

  • Timothy O'Sullivan

    Senior Vice President

    Tim has nearly four decades of experience in the abstract/title industry. His journey led him to Frontier Abstract in 2006, where he assumed the role of Senior Vice-President. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and streamlining operations within both the Full Service Abstract and Title Departments. His responsibilities extend beyond the operational aspects, as he is deeply committed to fostering and enhancing client relations and retention strategies and ensuring that our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

    Outside the office, Tim immerses himself in his family and in seasonal activities. He and his wife Betsy call the waterfront town of Webster home. He is the proud father of three and has six grandchildren. During the warmer months you’ll find Tim spending time around the water. In the colder months, on the other hand, Tim enjoys the exhilarating challenges of the ski slopes, a passion that brings both physical exhilaration and a sense of accomplishment.

  • John Sauers

    Vice President

    John started working in the title insurance industry in 2000 and joined Frontier in 2002. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a trusted advisor. John currently manages the Commercial Search group and has a focus on business development.

    Over the years he has worked with countless clients on complex matters and his meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive approach has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional service and ensuring peace of mind for our clients.

    John continually seeks to expand his knowledge and stay informed of industry developments and regulations. He actively participates in the NYSLTA maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

    John lives in the Town of Greece with his wife Bailey and their two children. Passionate about giving back, he supports various non-for-profit groups throughout the state including Special Olympics of New York, The United Way, and The Golisano Children’s Hospital. When not in the office, you can either find him supporting his Son at Ninja Warrior and his Daughter at Dance or the Theater. He enjoys reading, working on DIY projects, and traveling.

  • Victoria Kelley, Esq.

    Vice President and Counsel

    Tori is a Rochester native who has been with Frontier for almost 10 years. She graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Business Administration and continued her education at Roger Williams University School of Law to obtain her juris doctorate. Tori has been practicing law in New York State since 2016.

    Tori has experience with residential transactions, commercial properties, and anything in between. She is well-versed in local and state-wide products, services, and customs. Tori has a wide array of industry knowledge, whether reading title, abstracting, or reviewing insurability and clearance concerns. As part of her role as counsel to Frontier, Tori spends time with each department to help manage and facilitate delivery of complete and accurate products and services to our clients.

    Tori is currently serving as the President of the Board of Young Professionals for the SPCC (“Society for the Protection and Care of Children”). She is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and is engaged with the New York State Land Title Agency. Tori lives in Rochester with her partner Beth and their dog, Frankie.

  • Vic joined Frontier Abstract in May 2013 with over 35 years of experience working for large multi-national corporations. He has structured the accounting operations to be responsive to the unique needs of Frontier’s customers as well as to support the company’s goals and objectives. Vic resides with his wife in Webster and enjoys participating in triathlons and playing saxophone in a jazz band.

  • Anna joined Frontier Abstract in 2011. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Anna established the Human Resources Department and manages all aspects of HR for Frontier: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, compensation, and HRIS. Anna prides herself on being a pro-active business partner with management and an employee advocate.

    Prior to Frontier Abstract, Anna worked in the telecom industry for national and international companies such as Global Crossing, Frontier Communications, Choice One, and Current Communications.

    Anna has a Master of Science degree focused in Human Resources and Organizational Development from RIT and maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

  • Roxanne started working in the title insurance industry in 2007 and joined Frontier in 2012. With over 15 years of experience in the title industry, and over 25 years of experience in finance, she has established herself as a dedicated and reliable accounting professional. Roxanne currently manages the Accounting Group and helps oversee daily accounting operations.

    Over the years, she has worked within a few internal departments at Frontier, from Customer Service to our Production Team. This has helped her gain insight on how to help align our internal accounting operations with the needs of our customers as well as how to support the company’s goals and objectives.

    Roxanne is a lifelong Rochester resident and received a Bachelor of Finance degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. She currently lives in the Town of Parma with her husband Herb and their son. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her pets, and watching documentaries.

  • Niki started working in the title insurance industry in 1998 and joined Frontier in 2001. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she has established herself as a seasoned Statewide Reviewer with experience ranging from abstracts to foreclosures to title insurance. Niki currently leads the Production Team.

    Accuracy and Quality Control are the main focuses of her team. Using new technology and streamlining systems, they are always improving products. Over the past few years her team has gone paperless with various team members working from remote locations.

    Niki, a longtime resident of the Village of Fairport, is a passionate advocate for animals. Her commitment to this cause is evident through her past volunteer work and fostering efforts for local German Shepherd rescues. She was also a valued member of the Lollypop Farm Therapy Team alongside her dearly departed dog, Roscoe. Niki continues to contribute by volunteering for special events and participating in the annual Barktoberfest walks. Beyond her love for animals, Niki has a green thumb and a sweet tooth. Gardening and baking cookies are among her favorite hobbies. Additionally, she has honed her birding skills over the last eight years as an active member of the Rochester Birding Association. Niki's artistic pursuits extend to painting and exploring nature photography.

    You might spot Niki on the hiking trail accompanied by her dog, Henry, or engaging in birding activities at her favorite swamp. GO BILLS!

  • Jennifer began her career with Frontier Abstract in 2000 and she has played a pivotal role as the Team Lead of the Tax Team. Her dedicated efforts and leadership have been instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of tax and municipal searches conducted by her team. Jennifer particularly enjoys working closely with the various municipalities throughout New York State.

    Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer's personal life reflects balance. Alongside her life partner, Mark, and their beloved dogs, she calls Rochester, NY, home. Outside the office, Jennifer finds joy in kayaking and camping. Whether it's an outing with her daughter or a family affair, she enjoys creating cherished memories in the great outdoors.

  • Bill started working in the title industry as a searcher in 1983 and then moved up to title insurance three years later. After 40 years in the business, he has insured property in every county of the state: residential, commercial, industrial, and energy. But just when he thinks he has seen it all, something new comes along to keep the job interesting!

    For more than 25 years, Bill has been involved with the New York State Land Title Association, serving as Committee member, Executive Committee member, Committee Chair, Agents Section Chair, and President. He is currently an Executive Committee member and also serves as Parliamentarian.

    A life-long resident of the Rochester area, Bill has lived in the Maplewood Neighborhood in the City of Rochester for more than 30 years and is currently President of the Maplewood Neighborhood Association. Bill has walked, biked, or taken the bus to work for his entire career and is currently a board member and Advocacy Committee Chair for Reconnect Rochester, an organization fighting for safer streets and trails.

  • Scott began work in the title industry in 1982, joining the Frontier team in 2008. Scott has examined thousands of titles, including but not limited to: residential, commercial, leasehold - homeowner purchases, commercial multi-site transactions, mineral/ore leasehold interests, short sales, and tax and mortgage foreclosure sales.

    Scott’s approach to title matters has always been to find the balance between the client’s goals and the title insurance underwriters’ guidelines for marketability and/or insurability. He works with the mindset that sellers, purchasers, and mortgage lenders all have the same goal – to find common ground to complete the transaction. Scott has presented on various title topics of interest, such as surveys, commercial transactions, and title insurance endorsements available for commercial property, to the Monroe County Bar Association and the National Business Institute.

    Scott lives in Pittsford with his wife Kathleen and they enjoy having their four children and their families living locally. Scott’s interests include reading, playing the piano, and engaging with three rambunctious grandchildren.

  • Jennifer started working in the title industry in 1992 and joined Frontier in 2012. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she has firmly established her reputation. Jennifer is currently the Manager of our Buffalo Office.

    She manages the day-to-day operations of the Buffalo Office. Over the years she has worked with many clients and has developed strong relationships with them. Her goal is to always produce quality work and to always meet her client’s needs.

    Jennifer lives in the Village of Depew with her husband Mario and two of their three children (her oldest lives in Florida with her grandson). She is a former dance, soccer, and, most importantly, hockey mom. Nothing is more important to her than her family. When she is not in the office you will find her doing various activities with her family. When she is not out doing things with them you can find her baking or marathon watching the Marvel movies and/or The Big Bang Theory.

  • Tim is a veteran in the title industry, beginning his career in 1985. He has worked as an abstractor, title examiner, and manager. Since 2006, he has served as the Manager of the Abstract Department at Frontier. In this role, Tim supervises abstract and title search production, manages daily workflows, and mentors new staff members, drawing on his extensive experience. Additionally, Tim contributes to the Title Insurance Department by examining titles.

    Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling with his wife, Kath. Whether it’s a day trip to the picturesque Finger Lakes Region, a tropical beach vacation, or a trip overseas to Ireland, Tim loves adventure. A proud graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Tim is a passionate Bonnies basketball fan. In the warmer months, you can often find him reading a good book while relaxing in the cool breezes of Lake Ontario with Kath at their empty nest in Irondequoit.

  • Krista joined Frontier in 2018 and has been a member of the Customer Service team since then. She is currently the Customer Service & Recording Team Lead. Her focus lies in project management, streamlining processes, and quality assurance. Krista is always ready to tackle a problem and ensure that our clients are getting the product they want. She has worked on a variety of projects, both large and small, and enjoys coming up with solutions to any unanticipated matters that may arise.

    Krista is a Pennsylvania native, but has been a Fairport resident for the last decade. While not at work, she can be found tackling a new home improvement project, enjoying a good book, or discovering all that the Rochester area has to offer. Krista is also a fan of traveling and tries to plan a larger trip every few years. Her most recent adventure was a few weeks of exploring Scotland. She is an animal lover and advocate of fostering and pet adoption. Krista and her partner, Aron, currently have four cats, all adopted from different rescue organizations, who keep them endlessly entertained.

  • Cristina began her career in the title insurance industry in 2017 with Frontier. Over the years she has proven herself to be a valuable member of the team and in 2021 Cristina was named Vendor Manager. In her Customer Service and Vendor Manager roles, Cristina takes on a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Her tasks include receiving and processing orders, managing incoming calls, and skillfully addressing client and vendor inquiries. Cristina’s proficiency in these areas not only contributes to the overall efficiency of the team, but also reflects her dedication to providing top-notch service.

    Cristina understands the importance of strong connections, both with customers and vendors, and goes above and beyond to cultivate trust and understanding. By doing so, she not only meets the needs of the clients, but also ensures that vendors are well-supported in their partnership with Frontier.

    Cristina is a lifelong resident of Rochester, currently residing in the Town of Gates with her boyfriend and his son. Outside of the office, she finds joy in spending time with her family, playing with her cats, and seizing the opportunity to unwind with beach trips during the warmer months.

  • Denise has served as the Syracuse Branch Manager for Frontier since 2011. She is a 35+ year title industry veteran with both title examination and managerial experience. She is involved with all aspects of the title process from initial application to issuance of final policy, as well as the day-to-day branch operations.

    Denise is capable of handling both residential and commercial transactions with exceptional customer service. Having worked for several large agencies over the years, she has acquired knowledge critical to assisting you on even the most difficult title issues.

    Denise lives in the Town of Westmoreland on a nine acre farm with her husband, Bernie, and two French Bulldogs, Hugo & Louie. Active in her community, Denise has served on the Westmoreland School Board since 2017. With her husband Bernie, they use their farm to serve their community by providing food to the local food pantry and providing land to immigrant Somali-Bantu farmers to grow crops for their community. In addition, as a lifelong learner, Denise has established a “Little Free Library” on the farm to give greater access to books to the surrounding community. With what little free time she has left she enjoys reading, embroidery, and dinner with friends.
